Guardianship Panel Discussion: “Challenges in Guardianship Estate Administration” The panelists will discuss their experiences managing: Depressed Assets and what they are. Occupied Estates, what to do when someone refuses to leave a property they do not own. Accessing trust assets on the smaller side and how to access them without a successor trustee. Managing jointly-owned property with non-spouse. The final panelist will present on Ethics and what is expected of an attorney when managing difficult estate matters. The topics will be presented in 15-minute increments. The panel event will conclude with open discussion. (Pending 1.5 CEU/NCG-PENDING MCLE credits)
